Personal-account flow

  1. Open your workspace where your account has owner or billing permissions.
  2. Go to Settings → Billing.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Confirm with Cancel My Subscription.
  5. Verify status and next billing date.

What personal users should confirm

  • You are not in a fresh invoice cycle.
  • Billing permission is active.
  • Next charge date is no longer scheduled.

If you do not see Billing, ask an owner/admin for permission in Team Members and repeat.
